Position Summary: 
Primary role - assisting with servicing CLIENT Fraud Solutions clients, including Investigations, Internal Control Reviews, Fraud Awareness Training Programs, Fraud Alert Hotline and Fraud Risk Reviews. Responsible for managing projects and team members to achieve objective of assessment.  Facilitating timely communication with partner on progress of assignments and assist with client management. Supervise and review work of associates related to projects.  Includes helping in standards development and technology associated with servicing these areas.  Secondary role – assist in business development and marketing of services for all above services as well as cross selling other services offered in the firm.  
 
Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and expectations with limited partner involvement
Assist in preparation of contracts, proposals and  reports on forensic engagements
Performing assessments and offering solutions to clients
Effectively manage, lead and supervise staff with emphasis on professionalism, motivation, client service and increasing responsibility at all levels
Proactively promote CLIENT services, with specific emphasis on CLIENT Fraud Solutionservices
Identify and develop new products, firm processes and actively cross-sell when applicable
Assure quality control standards on all engagements, regulations, standards and deliverables
Research, implement and keep current on new professional standards for investigative services developed by the AICPA and ACFE.  Provide guidance to staff on these standards.
Keep CPA and CFE license current
Monitor gross profit of assigned projects including billing realization, monthly WIP, time control summary and assist partner with bill preparation
Monitor overall job progress by planning meetings, monthly WIP, and client deadlines
Participate in weekly conference calls to manage workflow
Monitor and discuss goal hours and time input with direct reports
Assist in the billing process
Collect and maintain feedback files and address and document performance issues timely
Communicate and document quarterly with direct reports regarding career path and goals
Research, prepare and participate in internal training programs
Coach and develop employees assigned to you (if any) on technical and non-technical areas
Delegate work to provide growth opportunities for others
Support and assist partners in firm administration as needed including strategic planning initiatives
Promote marketing opportunities by joining trade groups, responding to RFP’s and giving speeches
Participate in recruiting activities including firm tours and participating in the interviewing process
Keep partners and clients updated on relevant issues
Use professional judgment and independent decision-making skillsQualifications/RequirementsValid CPA license for State of California
Valid CFE license
CIA Preferred 
Valid California Driver’s License and appropriate insurance
Four year degree in accounting or finance preferred
4 to 8 years of forensic and/or audit experience preferred
Strong knowledge of legal requirements regarding forensic services
Effective management, leadership and communication skills both orally and in writing
